Alongside my dissertation I am also undertaking The Production Project- which is a short documentary about the journey of a child's adoption breakdown. This was the idea I came up with which has been carried out with myself and two other members. Before christmas our team have been doing lots of planning and researching and now we are in the production stage.

We created a Facebook group which allows all the team to post images, videos or content for the production- not only that it also allows us to time manage or ask any questions or queries. Meanwhile, this could be done by email or text, but it becomes a long scrolling session if you might have been busy all day, were as Facebook it keeps it all together in one post, therefore much easier to catch up with the information.


The group have been working effectively because we have worked a lot individually and brought our ideas to the group as we found this works better, as sometimes sitting in a group and asking each other to come up with an idea can be slightly time consuming.

We have also used Pinterest which has been a great tool to be able to capture a theme and be able to illustrate it ourselves from some of the ideas researched.
