When uploading an item on Ebay you have the choice to start an auction where the people who are interested in your product will bid for it. Alternatively you can set a "Buy it now" for those who are eager for the product and would rather pay a set amount than be in a "bidding war"- I usually do both of these, and then the consumer has a choice. Meanwhile you can also see how many "ebayers" have viewed your product, if anyone is watching the product or any bids. Therefore, you can monitor your product. Sometimes, I do take images in the product, or show images of when I wore the product if it is an item of clothing, because I think this always helps to sell the product.

Furthermore due to enjoying photography and editing images, I think i display my products quite nicely which is a unique selling point. Through using ebay I have noticed that when I make an effort to display the product desirably they always sell fast or auction at a high amount. 

 

Then time to parcel and ship... Ebay provides you with all the address information and gives you the tool to select "Shipped".
